The workshop is dedicated to the topic of electronic document management in the business environment, where we will focus on document systems or business process management (BPM) systems. <\/p>\n\n

In today’s digital world, businesses are faced with rapid change and an increase in the amount of information. Effective document management is crucial for a successful business. This training is designed for companies and individuals who want to improve their document management skills and optimise their business processes. <\/p>\n\n

The main topics to be covered in this training programme include:<\/p>\n\n

  1. Electronic Document Management (EOD) basics:<\/strong> understanding EOD concepts, the benefits of digitising documents, security aspects and legislative requirements.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Document systems:<\/strong> an overview of the different types of document systems, including content management (ECM), electronic archiving, digital signatures and document management systems (DMS).<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. Business Process Management (BPM) Systems:<\/strong> Understand key BPM concepts including process automation, workflow optimisation, process performance monitoring and results analysis.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  4. Integration of document systems or BPM systems: <\/strong> How document systems and\/or BPM systems can work together to increase the efficiency of business processes and improve the overall productivity of an organisation.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  5. Use cases:<\/strong> an overview of practical examples of implementing document systems and BPM systems in different business environments.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n
