Slovenian Enterprise Fund – V6 | Voucher for Project Proposal Preparation (EU – Horizon Europe, Pillar 2)

The purpose of the tender

Support micro, small and medium-sized companies in applying to EU calls under Pillar 2 of the Horizon Europe programme.

Funds tendered

A total of EUR 500,000.00 for the period from 2025-2028.

Amount of funding

• 60% co-financing of eligible costs
• Minimum subsidy: EUR 500.00
• Maximum subsidy: EUR 4,000.00

Eligible costs

• Costs of external consultants for project proposal preparation

VAT is not an eligible cost.

Eligibility Period From the publication date of the call to 30 September 2028

Activities that will be carried out and paid for within the eligibility period specified in the co-financing agreement will be eligible for co-financing. The beneficiary must carry out all activities until the request for payment is submitted.

Special conditions

• Only proposals submitted to Pillar 2 of Horizon Europe are eligible
• Mandatory submission of ESR evaluation and lead partner documentation
• De minimis scheme
