The purpose of the tender

The call supports innovative projects and companies in the cultural and creative industries (CCI), the development of new products and services, strengthening employees’ competences, and fostering cooperation between CCI and the economy. Its aim is to increase SME competitiveness, create new jobs, and contribute to Slovenia’s green, digital, and sustainable transition.

Total budget: EUR 2,028,124.37

Western cohesion region: EUR 1,010,979.17

Eastern cohesion region: EUR 1,017,145.20

Funding per operation

• Lot A1 – Seed Phase: up to EUR 15,000 per project
• Lot A2 – Creative Start-up: up to EUR 60,000 per project
• Lot A3 – Creative Connector: up to EUR 40,000 per project

Funding rate: up to 100% of eligible costs (de minimis aid).

Eligibility criteria

• pplicants: SMEs, self-employed in culture, associations, private institutes, cooperatives, social enterprises (depending on the lot).
• Applicants must have no outstanding tax or social contributions, a positive financial status, and comply with all conditions of the call.
• Lot A2 requires at least one employee.
• Lot A3 requires partnership with a CCI representative registered in the CzK Creators’ Community.
