The purpose of the tender

Eureka Innowwide is a funding programme designed for innovative small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) aiming to access new international markets. The call supports the implementation of market feasibility projects that allow SMEs to assess the technical, commercial, legal, and socio-economic feasibility of their innovative solutions in target countries outside Europe. Projects help SMEs establish partnerships with local strategic counterparts and de-risk internationalisation pathways.

Available funds

The total budget for this call is EUR 4.2 million, covering up to 70 projects.

Application deadline

Applications must be submitted exclusively through the online platform: Eureka SmartSimple.

Deadline: 25 November 2025 at 14:00 (Brussels time).

Funding per project

  • Up to EUR 60,000 per project.
  • Maximum funding rate: 70 % of eligible costs (minimum total project cost: EUR 86,000).
  • Payments: 70 % pre-financing at project start, 30 % upon successful completion and acceptance of the final report.

Eligible applicants

Applicants must be SMEs legally established in EU Member States, Iceland, Israel, Norway, Switzerland, Türkiye, or the United Kingdom.

Eligible costs

  • Personnel, subcontracting, travel and subsistence, equipment depreciation, other goods and services, and indirect costs (25 % flat rate).

Eligibility criteria

  • Projects must involve at least one independent local partner in the target country (as main subcontractor).
  • Project duration: 6 months.
  • Activities must combine market and technical feasibility actions, such as market research, compliance verification, technology adaptation, or preparatory co-creation.
