The purpose of the tender
The aim of the call is to foster cross-border cooperation in the field of culture and sustainable tourism and to create synergies with the European Capital of Culture 2025 (Nova Gorica – Gorizia). Projects must have a clear cross-border impact and contribute to economic development, social inclusion, and social innovation.

Total budget: EUR 1,026,839.17 EUR.

Funding per project
- Projects between EUR 30,000 and EUR 100,000
- Co-financing: up to 100% of eligible costs (80% ERDF, 20% Italian national fund)
- Pre-financing available for private beneficiaries: up to 50% with appropriate guarantees
Eligible applicants
The following entities are eligible to apply:
- local, regional, and national authorities, public institutions and agencies,
- academic and educational institutions,
- training organizations,
- private companies,
- business support organizations,
- destination management organizations and tourism associations,
- civil society organizations,
- local action groups and similar entities.
Partnership
- at least two partners (one from Slovenia and one from Italy),
- exception: for projects between EUR 30,000 and 50,000, a single partner is allowed (as Lead Partner).
Restrictions
- each applicant may apply as a Lead Partner (LP) only once,
- applicants may participate as Project Partners (PP) in multiple proposals,
- entities that have already received funding as Lead Partners in SPF GO! 2025 calls no. 01/2023 and 02/2024 cannot apply as Lead Partners in this call.
