The purpose of the tender
To encourage companies to implement energy efficiency measures and use renewable energy. Eligible investments include insulation, heating and ventilation systems, process optimization, lighting replacement, and various other improvements.
Available funds
The total amount of non-repayable funding available is EUR 4,000,000.
Funding rate
Up to 30% of eligible investment costs (excluding VAT), with specific caps per measure (e.g., max EUR 35/m² for facade insulation). Additional 25% increase for projects located in the Triglav National Park area.

Applications may be submitted from the publication date until the closure is announced in the Official Gazette.
Eligible activities
Grants can be awarded for the following measures:
- A – Thermal insulation of external walls, floors above external air or external walls against the ground;
- B – Thermal insulation of floors on the ground or above an unheated basement;
- C – Thermal insulation of flat or pitched roofs or ceilings under unheated spaces;
- D – Replacement of external building envelope elements (windows/doors);
- E – Installation of heat pumps for central heating;
- F – Installation of biomass boilers for central heating;
- G – Replacement or installation of heat substations for district heating connection;
- H – Installation of ventilation systems with heat recovery;
- I – Heating system optimization;
- J – Replacement of lighting systems;
- K – Waste heat recovery from processes and/or devices;
- L – Installation of energy-efficient electric motors and/or frequency converters;
- M – Implementation of energy management systems;
- N – Energy efficiency improvements in technological processes.
Eligibility Criteria
Private legal entities, sole proprietors or other natural persons with registered business activity.
The building must be legally constructed. In case of lease or co-ownership, consent of all owners is required.
The application must be complete and submitted on time.
