Slovenian Enterprise Fund – V1 | Voucher for Participation in International Business Delegations

The purpose of the tender

Promote the internationalization of Slovenian micro, small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) through participation in organized business delegations abroad.

Funds tendered

A total of EUR 1,500,000.00 for the period from 2024-2028.

Amount of funding

• 60% co-financing of eligible costs
• Minimum grant: EUR 300.00
• Maximum grant: EUR 3,000.00

Eligible Costs

• Participation fees
• Travel costs (airfare, train, bus)
• Accommodation costs (up to 2 additional nights)

VAT is not an eligible cost.

Eligibility Period From 1 January 2024 to 30 September 2028

Activities that will be carried out and paid for within the eligibility period specified in the co-financing agreement will be eligible for co-financing. The beneficiary must carry out all activities until the request for payment is submitted.

Special conditions

• Delegation must be organized by one of the institutions listed in the public call (e.g., SPIRIT, GZS)
• Participation allowed for one or two company representatives
• Submission of Organizer’s Declarations (Forms 1 and 2) is required
• De minimis scheme
