Training Virtual Twin – create innovative and competitive products with an advanced capacity planning solution. Virtual twin – produce an innovative and competitive product with advanced production capacity planning solution) isdesigned to learn about dynamic production capacity planning solutions. The focus will be on matching work order workload to capacity and deadlines and identifying bottlenecks in production. You will also learn how to modify schedules and get familiar with what-if simulations to react quickly to unforeseen events, capacity problems, changes in demand, etc.
About the speaker:
Igor Gruden is a graduate in electrical engineering who started his career in 2004 at Iskra d.d. in the R&D sector in the Power Engineering Division, where he developed intelligent electronic devices (IEDs) for the protection and control of power systems. In 2016, he moved into SCADA, where he worked as a consultant and trainer for companies in the control and automation sector. Since 2019, CADCAM Lab has been working on digital solutions in manufacturing, more specifically on advanced planning and scheduling systems. He builds on his experience mainly by actively participating in Ortems software implementation projects in the Adriatic region.

- synchronisation of production between different production areas;
