Practical training covers programming the Siemens S1200 controller and KTP400 HMI display in the TIA Portal and using Profinet industrial communication.
- First set:
– Basic PLC and SW operation.
– Linking elements via digital inputs and outputs.
– Initial PLC configuration.
– Programming the PLC using Ladder (LAD). - Second part:
– SMC valve island configuration via ind. communication.
– Electro-pneumatic element coupling.
– Sequential programming of pneumatic actuator control. - Section 3:
– WinCC display and control with the KTP400 HMI display.
– Data block preparation.
– Programming using programming blocks (FBD). - Fourth:
– Troubleshooting and diagnostics in the TIA Portal.
– Integration of new devices via Profinet.
The training lasts 4 days of 4 school hours (8.00 – 11.00).
Implementation is subject to agreement.
