During the lecture, we will look at what it means to introduce a digitised solution into a specific process. We will learn what to understand when deciding to adopt such a system, how to evaluate the savings and how to prepare employees for the digital transition. We will learn about increasing production productivity, reducing costs, increasing production visibility and traceability, micro-planning of employees, product regulatory compliance.
