E-commerce

Description of the training:

Electronic forms of business are commonplace in the Internet age, so the course introduces the key concepts of e-commerce, its historical development, status, trends and prospects for further development. Participants learn about business models in e-commerce, types and forms of e-commerce, supply chains for partners, e-government, and the ethical and security aspects of e-commerce.

Competences acquired:

  • Understanding of the relationships between individuals, organisations and the social environment, the ability to see and act in a systemic and complex way.
  • Understanding and applying the theoretical basis of analytical and consultancy work (transfer of knowledge to the user).
  • Planning and managing change by making a comprehensive assessment of the situation in an organisation or social environment, taking into account a variety of factors.

The training will take place on 14 January 2025 and will last 4 school hours (9:00 – 13:00).

It will take place in a hybrid format via Zoom and in a lecture room at the Faculty of
Information Studies in Novo mesto, Ljubljanska cesta 31a, 8000 Novo mesto.

The price is valid for one participant per organisation.
