At the Faculty of Information Studies Novo mesto, we offer the services of a testbed environment within the Centre for High Performance Computing, ICT for the Green Transition and the Circular Economy.
The test environment presents an opportunity to improve business in the circular economy process through the following services:
– Developing understanding of material flows and (ine)efficiency and customer value along the value chain where waste can become an input,
– identifying potential networks in the circular economy process and aligning with business strategy on profitability models, alignment and pricing strategies,
– optimising resource use and enabling greater connectivity with the various tools of the circular economy,
– creating a circular product system and a circular community,
– providing a smart feedback loop,
– creating networks of businesses that can work together to implement the circular economy,
– Providing a test-bed for the creation of a network of individuals and companies or businesses willing to participate in the test-bed,
– User training: for administrators and users of the test environment.
The service is/will be implemented in the framework of the SRC-EDIH project, co-funded by the European Union (contract no. 101083351) and the Ministry of Digital Transformation. The service received is co-financed at 25% of the full price as State aid in accordance with Article 25 of Commission Regulation (EU) No 651/2014 of 17 June 2014 declaring certain categories of aid compatible with the internal market in application of Articles 107 and 108 and in accordance with Commission Regulation (EU) No 2023/1315 of 23 June 2023. The aid is granted on the basis of the MDP Programme of Measures for the Promotion of Entrepreneurship in the period 2022-2030.
