Assessing the potential for implementing Industry 4.0 solutions

(Development Centre Novo mesto d.o.o.)

Industry 4.0 represents the next phase in the digitalisation of manufacturing, where connected and automated systems are combined with modern technologies such as the Internet of Things (IoT), artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning.

  • Technological potential

Industry 4.0 solutions can bring many benefits, including improved efficiency, reduced defects, improved traceability and greater production flexibility.

  • Assessing potential

When assessing the potential for implementing Industry 4.0, it is important to consider both technological and organisational aspects. This includes an assessment of the current state of the technology, the skills available, the organisational culture and structure, and the strategy for the transition to Industry 4.0.

As part of the project, we will conduct an informative interview with you and advise you on the implementation of new technologies in your production processes.
